Shipping & Delivery

Door-to-door, duties included

Every L'Arte Classica sculpture is delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the USA and Europe: sea freight, insurance, customs clearance and all import duties are included in the price. No surprise fees at delivery.

Made-to-order pieces

Most of our busts are individually hand-carved upon order. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks of carving plus 6 weeks of insured sea freight — around 9–11 weeks in total from order to your door.

In-stock pieces

Selected sculptures are in stock and ship significantly sooner. Items marked "In Stock" dispatch within 5 business days; contact us for exact delivery estimates to your address.

Heavy freight handling

Sculptures weigh between 60 kg and 250 kg and travel in custom wooden crates with soft inner packing. Curbside delivery is standard; white-glove in-room placement is available on request.

Damage protection

Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, document it on the delivery note, photograph the crate and piece, and contact us within 48 hours — we will replace or repair at no cost.
